2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit our website, general information is recorded automatically (server log files). This includes browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the time of the server request. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is deleted after 14 days. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Orders and contract processing

When you place an order, we collect the following data: name, email address, delivery address and phone number (optional). This data is processed to fulfil the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.

5. Shipping provider

We ship with DHL (Deutsche Post AG). Your name and delivery address are transmitted to DHL for delivery.

6. Email delivery

For transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) we use the service Resend (Resend Inc.). Your email address and order data are transmitted.

7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow an analysis of how the website is used. Google Analytics is only activated after your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

IP anonymisation is enabled. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

8. Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. cart, session, language selection). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after explicit consent.

4. Payment providers

Stripe

For card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments we use Stripe (Stripe Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

PayPal

If you pay via PayPal, your payment data is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. Privacy policy: paypal.com/privacy

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)

10. Right to lodge a complaint
