Terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Rillich GmbH, Nobelring 56, 04420 Markranstädt, Germany (the “seller”). The version valid at the time of the order applies.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order goods. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding contractual offer.

The offer is accepted by order confirmation via email or by delivery of the goods.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal

§ 5 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged in addition and are clearly stated before the order is completed.

From an order value of €49.99, shipping within Germany is free. Below that amount, shipping costs are €5.99.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery is made throughout Germany with DHL. Delivery usually takes two to three working days after receipt of payment.

§ 7 Payment

The following payment methods are available: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna.

§ 8 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until payment has been made in full.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 10 Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller.
